All the countries that have signed the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child are to submit a report to the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child every five years. The report is to describe how the counrty have lived up to its obligations regarding the Convention. This report is Save the Children Sweden's alternative to this report. Problems which the official report are presented.

This report is a useful source of information regarding children's rights in Sweden but it also can be used as a model for other countries to use for producing their own reports.
